An airline traveler was left in shock when Qatar Airways cabin crew seated him next to the body of a fellow passenger who had died mid-flight.

Mitchell Ring and his partner, Jennifer Colin, were onboard when a female passenger collapsed in the aisle beside them. Despite attempting to move the body to business class, the crew was unable to navigate the narrow aisle. Instead, they asked Ring to switch seats, placing the deceased woman in his original seat.

Ring remained beside the body for the remaining four hours of the flight, while Colin was offered an empty seat across the aisle. The incident has sparked debate over airline policies in handling medical emergencies.

2️⃣ Woman Wins $7M Lawsuit Over Fall at Universal’s Harry Potter Ride

A 74-year-old Arizona woman was awarded $7.25 million after suffering a severe spinal injury while exiting the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Pamela Morrison fell in September 2022 when she was asked to leave the ride after a harness failed to secure properly. Her attorneys argued that the fall could have been prevented if Universal employees had paused the moving walkway to allow her to exit safely.

A California jury found the theme park responsible, awarding Morrison compensation for medical expenses and pain and suffering. The ruling highlights ongoing concerns about theme park ride safety protocols.

3️⃣ Crown Princess Cruise Ship Tilts – Passengers Injured

A sudden tilt aboard the Crown Princess left 13 passengers and 3 crew members injured as the ship encountered strong winds while navigating Milford Sound, New Zealand.

The abrupt movement caused pool water from the lido deck to flood a dining room below, while items from shops and galleys flew off shelves. Despite the chaos, the ship sustained no structural damage, and operations continued as scheduled.

Passengers described the incident as “terrifying,” while Princess Cruises has assured guests that safety remains their top priority.
