2026 may seem like an incredibly long way away, but if you’re interested in one of the once in a lifetime cruising opportunities that will take you to the most advantageous parts of the world for the best possible views of the solar eclipse in August, 2026, those opportunities are here NOW! The 2024 eclipse sailings sold out super fast, and with this eclipse visible in some of the most spectacular parts of Europe, these cruises will be popular.
We will be updating this information as more cruise lines add Solar Eclipse itineraries to their summer, 2026 schedules, but keep in mind, some of the stateroom categories on some of these ships are already wait listed. The Queen Anne sailing only has waitlist availability for ocean view staterooms, and the Queen Victoria sailing only has 2 ocean view staterooms left on the entire ship as of July 10, 2024. If something catches your eye, now may be the best time to book.
You really have the best of two worlds, with both Northern European ports of call as well as the beautiful ports of the Iberian Peninsula. The ships will sail to a position that optimizes eclipse viewing, so you should have some of the best views available on earth.
